The MTS-2170 program is a powerful visualization and testing program for use with the Manta Test Systems MTS-5000,
MTS-3000 or MTS-1700 systems, with the capability to calculate fault and load AC quantities based on standard power
system models. Interactively perform static or dynamic relay testing based on actual power system parameters, specifying load flow, fault
type/location, arc resistance, etc. Calculate and visualize symmetrical components, positive/negative/zero sequence impedance, power,
and many other protection measurement quantities against relay characteristics. Create COMTRADE format test waveform files
for playback or end-to-end testing. Interactively perform end-to-end testing (MTS-5000 only). Includes many built-in examples to
illustrate protection concepts and problems.
