Are you a protection engineer with experience of a wide variety of power system
protection applications? To support our team in the future, we are seeking an Applications
Engineer/Trainer, part/full time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Manta Test Systems hardware and software products
- Deliver training on system protection fundamentals and state-of-the art protection technology and devices
- Consulting for key customers
- Develop, and maintain training material, application notes, and test procedures
Skills and Requirements
- Experience in commissioning of substations, protection and control systems, relay
acceptance testing
- Experience with setting and testing various types of electromechanical and digital protection relays, fault analysis,
fault recorders and associated software.
- Excellent language, presentation and technical training skills in English
- Customer-facing ability and confidence
- Ability to travel
- Proficient with PC's and PC software
